Located on the Kisla side of Kalkan Bay means longer sunshine hours than many other Villas.( the other side of the bay is in shadow from about 4pm!)

We get sun from first light until sunset at about 8 pm.

Sitting in the pool watching the sun go down before changing to go down to the town for a truly memorable meal is for us the magic of Kalkan.

Situated approximately 250m from the sea just behind one of Europe's top hotels, The Villa Mahal (voted by the Sunday Times as having one of the top 10 views in the world) you would share virtually the same view.

Villa Mahal is a 5 minute walk away and has a stylish beach club which offers superb lunches and is a great place for afternoon drinks and snacks, if the mood takes you, hop on their free boat taxi straight into Kalkan harbour.

By car it is a 3 minute drive into Kalkan centre or a 20 minute walk.
