Bespoke hand built kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and large island. Granite worktops throughout. All bedrooms have large balcony space with sofas and sun loungers and stunning views of Kalkan bay and her islands.

There is a large infinity swimming pool for you to cool off in and numerous seating areas with chic contemporary sofas to lounge on whilst enjoying a glass of the very good local wine!. The property is made of local stone and the exterior of the Villa has arched niches with discreet lighting and flower beds with cascading Bougainvillea, Plumbago and deliciously scented Jasmine.We provide dining tables, rattan loungers, sun beds, parasols, towels and a BBQ, everything you will need to make your holiday special.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an impromtu dinner party or an Al Fresco cocktail party around the pool at sunset. The living room has sumptuous sofas, satellite TV & DVD player, i- pod dock, and wi-fi access.The dining table comfortably seats 10.

Separate laundry room with Bosch washing machine and drying facilities.

The top floor Master suite has been designed in a Colonial style with an emperor size four poster bed with linen drapes. There is a bank of built in wardrobes containing plenty of hanging space, shelving and even a drinks fridge. There is an open plan bathroom consisting of a double vanitory unit with twin marble basins and contemporary taps. A huge walk in shower with discrete low level lighting helps create the ambiance of a five star spa resort. There is also a full size bath with marble surround and a separate enclosed WC. The bedroom extends out to a large balcony, that runs the entire length of the room, offering spectacular views of the bay. 

Bedroom 2 (Deco room) is situated on the first floor and again has stunning see views and a large adjoining balcony to the remaining two bedrooms with sun loungers and seatng areas. The bedroom itself, contains a 6 foot contemporary iron bed, dressing table (including hair dryer), large built in wardrobe with ample storage and an informal seating area. This room also possesses a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and a vanitory unit with a marble basin. 

Bedroom 3 (Sepia Room) Also on the 1st floor, this room has a large 6ft bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a large balcony with outside furniture and amazing views.

Twin Room  Situated on the first floor. This room contains two 3ft beds. large wardrobe, dressing table and full ensuite facilities. This room also opens out onto the balcony with sunloungers and seating areas.

Ottoman Room  This is an annex to the Villa, situated on the lower ground floor, beneath the swimming pool, this self contained king size suite comprises of a 6ft four poster bed with beautiful dressing. There is a large wardrobe and dressing table area with fridge and tea & coffee making facilities.This room also has full ensuite bathroom with walk in marble shower. 

NB. Please be aware that Kalkan is built on a mountainside and there are a lot of steep hills and steps.
